Products not as advertised and damaged goods!

I have send two emails to the complaints department, the first two weeks ago, and the second almost one week ago, and still no response. I arranged a special gift to be delivered to my boyfriend for Valentines day and paid almost a fortune, only to receive only half of the product I paid for and the bear has been torn.
