product not as advertised!

My sister and I ordered a 14cm Double Rose Bush & Plant for our mum's birthday. In the pictures, its a beautiful arrangement with 2 lovely rose bushes and another green plant in a basket with lovely filling paper. What she got was 2 pitiful rose bushes in a basket, nothing pretty about it. after my sister complained, another one was sent. this on barely better, with crepe paper and some green mossy thing stuff in the base. still no 3rd plant! After a week with proper care, 1 rose bush is completely dead! The entire thing came with no care instructions for the plants either. For the extensive amount charged by netflorist this is completely unacceptable!! We ordered plants as opposed to a bunch of flower because we wanted something that would last and be beautiful for more than a few days. What we got was pitiful and disgraceful!
