Product looks nothing like the picture - unopened flowers

The product looked nothing like the advertised picture. No attempt was made to even do an arrangement despite being delivered in a vase. The flowers were not yet opened. They may as well have sent seeds. Stems were cut way too sort. I cannot believe that the staff involved in the dispatching of the products thought an arrangement of unopened flowers was acceptable. NetFlorist are an embarrassment to the industry.
