Positive Experience

I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day and ordered early to take advantage of the complimentary Lindt chocolates being offered. When the flowers were delivered, there was only 10 roses and no chocolates.<br> I called the call centre and my query was handled by Palesa. Long story short, I got a complimentary bunch of roses as well as the promised chocolates. Well done handling my issue, Palesa. Will definitely be making use of Net Florist again.<br>
