Poor/no communication

I have two vouchers, which when ordering (two different orders since you can only use one at a time, which sucks) I somehow or it failed to load with the voucher.

I have emailed about three or four times over a month.. no reply.. NONE. It is as if they select which queries to reply to-- those that costs the least effort and money.
