Poor Unprofessional Service from Netflorist

Really unprofessional services received from Netflorist.

(12th Feb)first advising me on a process to be done in order which was totally useless as their system didnt "credit" the account in order for the order to be redone. after numerous quieries and 25hrs delay the credits where put into my account (13th Feb) only to be advised that I missed the cut-off.

(13th Feb) I requested for a refund of funds, advised by "support lines" that the process is a 3-5 day process, well guess what its the 20th and they still cant provide me with a proof of refund confirmation statement. The only thing you will hear from their support agents is that they apologise for the inconvenience caused and will revert with feedback.
