Poor turnaround time

I made an order on the 1st October 2019 Order number *** for 2 items and the promise was that delivery will be on time however I am disappointed at their turn around time for orders in other provinces out of GP,KZN,CPT.

I got an email on the same day that the colour I ordered was out of stock and rep**** same day for another colour. I further called to confirm and also ask for confirmation that the order will not be delayed and I was given assurance that the order would not be delayed. The order was due for the 3 October 2019 which was a birthday and it was delivered on the 8th or 9th. I was about to cancel the order however the person who was to receive persuaded me not to.

This was not the 1st order delayed and I had to cancel the same order for delay in delivery.

The company must improve on their turnaround time and also be honest with customers as it is not always a matter of the gift but time as well. A birthday once missed you might have to wait another year to be on time. Sometimes people are also on the move and one would like the gift to reach them before disappearing to another location so the delays really cause an inconvenience.
