Poor Support - Poor quality control! I bought the cooler box as a gift for Christmas, it arrives and before you even get to unwrap it, you can see the plastic printed film around the cooler box is peeling. I phoned and WhatsApp their support, 1st I get cut off and then I get an arrogant support consultant. I am still waiting for the supposed email where I can send the images. I sent it to the WhatsApp number and they recon, I must take off the clear plastic to see the damage. Why do I need to remove the clear plastic if it is 100% very obvious that the print is damaged and peeling. Stay clear! Not worth the frustration!
