Poor services from Netflorist

I order presents for birthday, which I was expecting them to be delivered early before 10:00am and I have contacted the company 8 times on whatsapp to check status and contacted the call centre four times the last time was at 15:33 and the agent told me that the delivery department will be notified and she came back to me at 16:20 to say that the delivery is a hour away due to traffic it is currently 18:00 no call or confirmation of where the delivery is. Call centre and the whatsapp is not working it work from 8:00 - 17:00 but they deliver until 20:00 but there is no one to check whether there deliveries are sent or delivered successful.

Disappointed because this spoiled the birthday present and the day, if sell birthday things try have them deliver first or provide options to the customers. But clearly this company does not care about any service delivery.

If you want honest service please please use other companies.
