Poor service without compassion

Netflorist send flowers with an empty card. A "surprise" gift of flowers to my queen and she didn't even know who sent the flowers, she even thought they not hers... i enquired with them Jennifer told me its a free gift and there's nothing they can do. What is the use of you asking me for a message to be written on the card if the card will come empty? what's the use of your'll having cards if they not going to serve their purpose?
