POOR SERVICE- SO DISAPOINTED

<p>I place an order at 11:30 today. The order was for same day delivery as shown on the order you sent me.</p> <p>I had to phone 5 times! I had to email the proof of payment 3 times. By the time I eventually got feedback from Netflorist it was 13:30 and they said it will now be delivered tomorrow because I placed the order late. Thats a lie!</p> <p>It was for my mother who has been diagnosed with Cancer. Her last day at work is today and from tomorrow she will be in and out of hospital. She is far away from me and I cannot be there. I thought this would be a memorable experience with some nice flowers to make her feel better. Instead. just a nightmare. Will never support you again. Such a pity.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not one of your consultants apologized for the poor service. Who cares? Its just one customer who is not satisfied with poor service! </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
