Poor service regarding requirement.

I placed an order for the Gold ferrero edible arrangement. I specified the details for the card. This was correct however I did not request a happy anniversary wish for this gift, this is unacceptable as it is not what i asked for. Extremely disappointing. This needs urgent attention. How can Net-florist make such a mistake.
