Poor service & product from Netflorist

On the 9th of September I ordered what looked like a beautiful lavender plant for my mum. It was her birthday & wanted to surprise her with a few goodies from Netflorist. However, what was delivered to her was a dry, and ugly shrub which looked nothing like what I paid so much for or expected. I emailed netflorist twice, it’s been more than a week & no reply. Their chat service goes straight to an email & the phone never gets answered. I am extremely shocked & horrified with their service & poor quality products.
