Poor service on my Valentine order - Ref No: ***

I am extremely disappointed with the order I have placed on the 13th February 2023 for a Valentines day, firstly the order was delivered extremely late at 18:59 after I made numerous follow ups, Theresapark is in Pretoria North and I am disappointed that it couldn’t reach the destination on time. Furthermore the order was poorly kept, flowers were not fresh anymore, box of chocolates torn and shows that it as wet at the bottom as well as the card was showing that corners were wet and dirty. Biltong was not fresh and I really feel this was by far the poor service since I have been using netflourist for the couple of years. I feel that I didn’t get value for money, which is extremely sad and disheartening.
