Poor service, no communication and seemingly impossible to get a refund.
Having used Netflorist for a number of years without any issue, I am really disappointed in the service this year. This is the second issue I’ve had for 2020. I placed an order 28.04.20 for a gift that was to be a sympathy gift for a close friend. I carefully selected a gift that was listed as available on the site (a food gift) and selected delivery for the following day 29.04.2020. Come Wednesday and no order was delivered. I took note of your lines being down due to the lockdown so sent an email to the various emails listed. I finally received a response from someone called Ramoonah who apologized for the order not being delivered because it had in fact not been in stock. There was no notice on your website about it not being in stock, yet order was placed, payment taken and still no email stating order was not in stock even after the due delivery date.
Ramoonah offered a voucher or a refund, I requested a refund. No reply. I sent two follow up emails, still no reply.
Friday. I get an email from a new consultant called Jasmyn. A follow on to my email requesting the refund. Jasmyn then asks if I want the refund. Yes, me email history clearly states I’ve requested a refund.
Jasmyn informs me the refund will be sent to be processed and I will receive an email confirming it has been received and processed. I sent a follow up email on Saturday requesting the confirmation of refund and no reply.
So with no number to contact an actual human and with different consultants handling jobs, how exactly am I supposed to get a refund for an order you listed as available and just never informed me otherwise. If I hadn’t followed up I would never have known, you still have my money though.
