POOR SERVICE NETFLORIST

<p>I bought a gift for Mothersday online to be delivered to Cape Town - it came with chocolates. I bought extra chocolates but later found out only the chocolates I bought extra were delivered. The chocolates that were standard with the order were never delivered. I phoned NetFlorist 3 times to enquire about the chocolates and all three times got a different answer....one excuse was that the standard chocolates was only included and free on applicable on certain days. None of the reasons given were mentioned on the website thus it is clear to me it was a BIG lie.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never support NetFlorist again and will warn family and friends.</p>
