POOR SERVICE NETFLORIST

My husband and I ordered a gift for Valentines day which is on Sunday for my 5 year old niece. However netflorist decided to have it delivered on the 10 February 2021. Thats 4 days before Valentines day. This kind of service is poor and pathetic and we are very disappointed as we wanted it to be a surprise for Valentines day for our little girl. Personally we will not recommend Netflorist to anyone, there are smaller companies out there that would have given us a better more efficient service.
