Poor service/ Lies

I ordered a little gift for my mom who's going through a divorce just to cheer her up, I ordered from Netflorist on the 25/05/2015 and there was a promise that they'd deliver the next day, I made a special request that the parcel be delivered before 13:00 as my mom was heading for court, that didn't happen and by 15:00 I had requested one of her colleagues at work to sign for the parcel, but by 15:30it was knock of time and everyone was leaving, I spoke to Tinyiko to change the address and she assured me that the parcel would be delivered to the amended address before 16:30. When it 17:00 came and I had to leave the office the parcel still hadn't arrived, I called to inquire only to be told that the driver is in Dalpark wich is a mere 20 minutes away from my mom's house. Fast track to 18:30 and still NO DELIVERY. The reason why I got my mom something with them was because I thought everything would be carried out professionally. I was wrong. N the gift that was meant to give my mom a little encouragement has not arrived. I'm so frustrated and ****ed of because it's late now and I can't even call anybody as the people have now all gone home. ILL NEVER USE NETFLORIST AGAIN!!?
