**** POOR SERVICE IN HISTORY

Yet AGAIN Netflorist dissapoint!!!! YOU HAVE THE POOREST SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION EVER! A package was suppose to be delivered today. Even though I told Netflorist's manager, Shakira, that the recipient leaves at 15h00 in the afternoon, I have been told, by her, that the driver will call the recipient 15 min before he delivers and make alternative arrangements. I tried following on any progress, and have been told I will get un update. Its now 18h45 and I went onto the website to track the parcel and a Lorraine took delivery at 16h37. So he did not phone the recipient and made alternative arrangements, the flowers has bee dropped off at her office. So this entire weekend in will stand in a ****ing empty building amd die over the weekend. I will NEVER IN MY LIFE USE YOU AGAIN!!! EACH AND EVERY ADD I WILL SEE ON ANY OF YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES WILL GET MY MESAAGE THAT YOU GAVE THE ****TEST SERVICE IN ****ING HISTORY. DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM NETFLORIST!!!!!! SUPPORT A LOCAL FLORIST AS NETFLORIST CAN DELIVER!!!!! THANK YOU NETFLORIST FOR ****ALL AND SPOILING A PERFECT MOMENT!
