Poor Service from Netflorist, still waiting for my order

To whom it may concern

The Disappointment I am feeling right now with NETFLORIST ,I cannot begin to express, I placed my order yesterday morning and waited at the hospital UP UNTIL 20:00 PM in the evening waiting for delivery .We had to leave the hospital as visiting hours end at 20:00 pm STILL NO DELIVERY. I then get a call at 20:30 to say they are at reception, I get my patient who just gave birth via C Sec to go and collect THE WAS NO ONE AT RECEPTION!!!!!I then call the delivery person again and she says she is in the wrong hospital.

This morning she comes to deliver only to find out THE IS WRONG AND INCOMPLETE. NETFLORIST GAVE ME THE POOREST SERVICE EVER,EVER!!
