Poor service from Netflorist

I ordered Valentine's flowers to be delivered to my wife's workplace a week and a half in advance. Whole day no delivery. I tried to phone several times. Either no answer or answering service making you hold on without anyone answering. At 19h00 my wife got a call from the delivery agent to say he's outside her workplace but it's closed. Duh!
