Poor Service from Netflorist

I will not be using Netflorist ever again. They did not deliver to the recipient at a school in time and she had left already. What was meant to be a Valentines surprise turned out to be an awful experience. I requested a refund and was then advised that there would be a handling fee and delivery fee deducted. So I get *****ed on the delivery and poor experience and still have to pay for it.
