Poor service from Netflorist

I ordered flowers well in advance (10 May 2023) for Mother’s Day on 14 May 2023. I specified a delivery date of 14 May 2023. The flowers were only delivered on 15 May 2023, which defeats the purpose and completely spoiled the experience.

There was zero communication since the morning of the 14th of May 2023 until 11:48, when an unscheduled delivery was announced by Security at my complex entrance & at this time no one was at home to receive the delivery. Usually the driver calls as early as 7AM in the morning to arrange delivery & to ensure that someone will be at home to receive the delivery
