Poor service from Netflorist

I would like to comment on the extremely poor and *********** service experience I recently had from Netflorist. I ordered 2 personalised gown and slipper sets for delivery to the same address. Next day delivery was possible but I placed the order 4 days in advance to arrive on the birthday of my two close elderly relatives. The gifts arrived with the incorrect names ,incorrect colours and without slippers! Not only has the birthday surprise been completely ruined but its almost a week later and Netlorist has still not corrected this mess. Their feedback regarding the matter is poor, lacks sincerity and inadequate. Considering the exorbitant rates charged this is a disgraceful example of poor service from SA's supposed number one gifting service to a regular customer no less.
