Poor service from Net Florist (or their provider?)

Ordered flowers for my sisters birthday on the Thursday to arrive on the Saturday. Not only did it not arrive on the Sat, it didn’t arrive on the Sunday either. Only by late the Monday night, did I get the email to say it had been delivered. Flowers probably old by then, and lets face it, the moment was over. No Email or call to tell you what's going on. No apology. Pretty poor service considering the premium one pays for this... 2nd bad experience in a row. Will probably start looking at alternatives now
