Poor service from net florist

I have placed an order with netflorist. But could not add any chocolates to my order, their reason is, the area is an underlined area. On their website you must select the suburb and what ever is available can be delivered. This was not the first time they have delivered in that area, also mentioned they are using a third party for deliveries. This was a gift for a loved one on her birthday, just flowers and unfortunately for that type of area i cant add chocolates to my order. Needless to say, the flowers was not what i expected, pay 350.00 for a bunch of red roses which to me are not worth 350.00. what a dissapointment. Firstly i could not make my mother's day special, the quality of roses are a waste.... When you speak to the agents they appear to be unconsidered. I used to be happy with netflorist, they used to exceed my expectations, but the order i placed today was a disaster..... No chocolates, and the flowers are horrible..... I will not make use of this company again...... I dont know whats worse, feeling bad for giving my mother such an awful gift or the poor service i received from net florist..... If they cant even deliver to simple area, then i dont know what their services would be like delivering around the globe.
