Poor service

I am very disappointed with the service I received from Netflorist. It was my anniversary and I ordered something that was marked same-day delivery but I only received my order after 6 days, the worst part was that it was even damaged. I spoke to Daisy Bloom who promised that there will be a replacement but later told me that some of the items were out of stock. They would replace what was damaged, I was okay with that but even now, it has been more than 4 days and no delivery. In contrast, I previously spoke to Clinel Marais, who promised compensation for my inconvenience. Till today there is nothing, while initially I was promised complimentary chocolates for late delivery but nothing. None of the promises were kept and now my wife thinks I was lying and I didn't buy the gift from the original Netflorist as it was not the first time I ordered something from Netflorist. My December is ruined, not to say about our 10th anniversary. Order number ***
