Poor service, false advertising! Ruined the surprise!!

Very disappointment at their services, I will never recommend it to anyone!!

I placed an order for my sister’s birthday with confirmed delivery for 18 October 2025, but the order wasn’t delivered as promised. I only received a message that evening saying it would be sent the next day and shockingly, the same message was also sent to my sister, completely ruining the surprise.

To make things worse, the order was delivered after 2 days not to the right person, even after calling the office that the person will only be available after work.
