Poor service delivery

They have terrible service delivery. THEY FAIL TO PROVIDE SAME DAY DELIVERY. I made an order before 9am on Friday for delivery in Durban central. By 3pm I phoned to checked on y order and they said it is out for delivery. I told them the receipient leaves work at 4:30. They say they deliver at 5:30 to business addresses. My order has to be rescheduled for Monday and the same thing happened. The order was delivered after 5 when the receipient had left the office and had to be rescheduled for Tuesday.
