Poor Service Delivery!!

Really BAD service. Placed order, and paid, FIVE days in advance for flower delivery on my daughter's birthday. It is 18h55 on the day of her birthday, and NOTHING delivered as yet! Not even any communication to me to keep me updated. I already phoned twice today to enquire about delivery. No one can help. They are sorry, but cannot guarantee deliveries. POOR SERVICE! I will definitely not use them again! EVER!
