Poor service delivery

<p>Yesterday morning @ 10:00 I put in a order for flowers to be delivered in the Sandton area. I payed the order in full and send through the proof of payment. The recipient of the flowers leaves worl at 15:30 and netflorist promised me that the order will be delivered before then. Needless to say that didn't happen. Then after numerous emails and calls they then said it wil be deliverd the nezt morning this is today. It is now 13:40 and the order has still not been delivered. As Yesterday was a special day for us it was already spoiled by this poor service delivery now the next day and still no delivery. I would not recommend netflorist to any person ever. Probably by the end of business today I guarantee the flower will not be delivered before she leaves work. </p>
