Poor Service Delivery

I placed an overnight order for an early delivery at my wife's work in jhb cbd. At 2pm delivery was not done, I then sent a mail to Netfolrist and received a response from Clyde advising me that order placed after 12 are only delivered in the afternoon the following day which did not make sense as I've previously placed a same day order for an afternoon delivery at the same delivery cost. It does not make sense why are previous day's orders placed after 12 only go out for an afternoon delivery the following day with orders placed before 12 sameday??? I also indicated on an instructions collumn for delivery to be done before 10 am, as I fimi**** with overnight delivery logistics but it is now 17:00 and Im still an electronic awaiting delivery confirmation, and wife went home 2 hours ago without the flowers.<br> <br> Netflorist delivery sucks and this is not the first incident as they previously delivered flowers that were meant for my wife's office at my house as the driver was running. Upon delivery driver smelt of alcohol which for me explained why delivery was not done on time.<br> <br> Im done with netflorist and I will look at other options.
