Poor service delivery

Delivery not met as agreed despite early placement of order. Now offering to deliver to a business address on a Saturday. No answer at call Centre and no contact to make proper arrangements. 3 poor delivery experiences in 4 of my last orders. QoS is very bad. This business has lost touch with their service offering.
