Poor service delivery

Netflorist is absolutely *********** as of recent. I never used to have problems with them but for the second time in 4 months they've messed up my order and not delivered on time to two friends on their birthdays. With no explanation. I'm extremely ****ed off. Try to contact them and they sweet talk you with apologies but no actual solution. I received emails after 4pm saying that my same day delivery was rescheduled with no explanation! And then they dont answer at the call centre before closing time.
