Poor service delivery

Absolutely pathetic service, my order was placed on the 11th and my confirmation mail says delivery for the 14th, when followed up on delivery I realised that my order will be delivered tomorrow, I called and spoke to a manager who was certain that I will have my order tomorrow however this is the mail I received saying my order will be delivered on the 16th.. Seems like there's a break in communication between management and staff here - ********** 41
