Poor Service Delivery

Placed an order a week ago with Netflorist to be delivered on the 13 May. The order has not been delivered and there has been zero communication from Netflorist re any delivery delays. This is totally unacceptable and pathetic service from Netflorist! Definitely not a happy customer and will no longer be supporting them.
