Poor service deliver

VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! The driver was extremely rude on the phone and didn’t arrive with the complete package. One item missing. Call center insisting they deliver the missing item on Monday! The entire experience was ruined! What’s the point of ordering and paying in advance if they can’t provide a service! Why should we have to wait for their mess up! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
