Poor service

Netflorist gives discount to take advantage of delivering to client.

Company Gave me a discount when I ordered. I took it and ran with it, after placing my order the system advise that there was same day delivery. Order wasn't delivered on the same day, driver made arrangements with Recipient for next day, when this was suppose to be a surprise. Following day at 4pm the order has still not been delivered. What type of Service is this?

I complaint and it clearly shows that they don't care of their Clients.

This was my Second time ordering and will never again.
