Poor service

I ordered flowers for delivery on the 22nd of September, which is the actual birthday of the recipient. The flowers were delivered on the 23rd of September, a day after my requested delivery date. This defeats the purpose of planning a date for delivery. If this was ignored and if you were not able to deliver on the date requested, I would not have ordered and paid over R1000 for this. The actual delivery looked like **** and in no way was worth the price. I will not be using you again, and based on the reviews, a lot of people are tired of your bad service.
