Poor Service

Ordered Flowers at 8:17 in the morning at 13:00 they stated its out for delivery. At 16:00 its still not delivered after phoned them twice stating that the receiver is leaving at 16:00. Try to ask them to redirect to her house then been told sorry they cant already 16:30 to deliver at her work.... Poor service
