poor service

I ordered a personalized Gown at netflorist order no *** at around 8am on the 2nd of August 2023 in the morning I called them to make sure that my order is done correctly and they said yes my order will be delivered same before 5pm, I waited for them the whole day since I was working from office that day, until I decided to nock very late not my usually nocking off time seeing that no one is calling me about my delivery, their driver Moipone called me on my way home around 6pm telling me that she is still at sandton, I told her its late and I already nocked off and I gave her my home address to rather deliver my parcel at home only for her to tell me that she lives in Midrand she cant come to Vosloorus because its far, she will ask someone to deliver my parcel the next day on the 3rd in morning and I waited still in the morning of the 3rd but no delivery, I called netflorist and all I received was an apology but when will my order be delivered I am still waiting, the worst part I already paid and I needed that gown for my son school pyjama party party I am so disappointed never using their service ever again their drives are so unprofessional.
