Poor Service As Usual

Good Morning

I write this email with much distaste, and will never again use Netflorist as this is not the 1st time i am having this problem. I placed an order on Wednesday 4th September in the hope it will be delivered on the 6 September today before 3pm as its my moms birthday and she leaves work at 3. I did call the contact center yesterday and was told they will put a note to make sure this happens and i offered to pay to ensure this. This morning i called yet again and was told it cant be guaranteed and if shes not at work it will be delivered tomorrow, now tomorrow is not her birthday its TODAY.

This order is not a small order R800 is alot of money for me. Please understand my frustration as i live away from dbn and this is the only way to try make her day special. I really feel dissatisfied and will no longer be using NETFLORIST.
