Poor service and Voucher not accepting.

<p>I got a voucher to use on netflorist and netjewel and when i tried to buy an item and use the voucher. The websites wouldn’t accept the unique code. I contact netflorist to assist with either a refund or helping me use my voucher. After a few back and forth email they told me that they can’t refund me and that "There are various items on the website which do not allow for use of vouchers and this is one of them. The voucher is still valid and can be used on a future purchase. I am unfortunately unable to provide a list of all items that do not accept vouchers." So basically i have to browse hundreds of item going through the whole buying process just to be told at the end the voucher can’t be used on this product. This isn’t a viable option. Nowhere on the voucher does it state you can’t use it on certain products, it only limits you to using it on experiences which I accepted. I have tried to resolve the matter with netflorist directly but to no avail.</p>
