Poor service and poor communication.

Placed an order on 8 June for someone’s birthday that is on 9 May. Lady only received on the 10th. After on their website said that she received and signed and received it on 9 June - only to get a message from lady she never received it.

Will go out my way to never ever use them again.

Really disappointing.
