Poor Service and NON Delivery

I have placed an order for my Anniversary on 6th October 2025. A total of 5 different gifts for my wife. In the day 27th October 2025, nothing delivered and I’m told they cannot get into contact with their drivers. They do residential addresses last as they concentrate on Corporate Companies 1st. Another Anniversary and my wife has not received her gifts. Last year the same thing happened. Gift was only delivered the following day. The poorest service ever after spending so much money with them.
