Poor service and lack of communication

I placed an order for a special birthday as it was a friends crown birthday. Order placed before 1pm the day before and I received confirmation of delivery for tye 27th. The whole day passed and no delivery. I called in and spoke to Palesa who refused to contact the driver and then said it will delivered same day. Monday the 30th still no delivery, called in again and spoke to Kim who said she will escalate and make contact with the driver and call me back. After 2 hours no call and update. I had to call in again and spoke to another agent who checked and said the agent made no notes od escalation or call back. She kept me on the line and made contact with the driver who confirmed that it was just delivered. The lack of updates and communication from Netflorist has become appalling. Although delivered I have not even received an email confirmation of delivery.
