Poor Service and inconsideration of clients wishes

I have always trusted Netflorist when it came to making a special day memorable..it's a 2nd time now that you letting me down. I have placed an oder for my Girlfriend on the 26Jan 2026 specially for valentines day.. The oder was pre muturely delivered on the 10th of February, worse of all not everything was in the packaging, then the next day on the 11 of Feb the rest of my oder was delivered.... So much for a happy Valentine’s Day... This really spoiled my mood and all the confidence I had with Netflorist... If you can't houner a special occasion while I clearly stipulated the date I would like my delivery. I can never trust you for my future deliveries in my absence. Broken heart.....
