POOR SERVICE AND FALSE ADVERTISING

I placed an order for the Blue Leaf Cadbury Hat Box – But I received a black hatbox that was missing the following items as advertised Tempo, Dipped Flake, Lunch Bar, and Dairy Milk (37g

The black box ribbon was untied and crumpled, the inside paper was also torn and not neatly packed just dumped into the box the chocolates inside was also broken – This is my 2nd time ordering and having issues with the delivery I will definitely not order again as this is unacceptable and not as advertised - It should have been a gift for someone which I obviously can not give to them as its really such a disappointment - What should have been easy and convenient turned into an inconvenience and an extra cost
