Poor service and false advertising

I placed an order today and chose one of the parcels that said same day delivery. I made the payment and everything as just to get an invoice with the delivery date being Thursday. I see it as false advertising if you say same day delivery and then you change the story. Then I must wait another 3 - 5 days for a refund but when you want something payment must be done immediately. Poor service if you ask me. I will not be making use of them again.
