Poor Service and Experience from Netflorist

I am extemeley disgusted with the Netflorist service, they have ruined my Valentines day. I thought that using an experienced company will ensure that all will go smoothly, However they messed up my order and had my one parcel delivered on the 12th and the other one was supposed to be delivered to a business address and the staff left for the day already. NO PARCEL...........
